Cancellation Policy

At Gold Coast Breast Centre we understand that schedules can change. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our patients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient in need.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) may also result in a fee.
