Gold Coast Breast Centre is seeking Plastic, Bariatric, or General Surgeons and a Gynaecologist and Obstetrician to join our modern, specialist-led multidisciplinary centre as independent practitioners.

Gold Coast Breast Centre is a private, purpose-built specialist centre with a focus on breast health and reconstructive care, offering fully supported opportunities for independent surgeons.

Work alongside a respected multidisciplinary team, including a breast surgeon, physiotherapist, psychologist, dietitian, and breast care nurse, in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Shape your ideal private practice without the overheads.

We provide comprehensive administrative and surgical support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care, without the burden of running a practice.

With the flexibility to choose your hours, set your fees, and focus on delivering exceptional patient care, while we take care of the rest.

This is not a sessional room rental. You’ll work as an independent contractor under a percentage of billings model, supported by our experienced practice management and clinical team.

What We Offer

  • Total Administrative Support - Patient bookings, pre-consult information, surgical quotes, transcription (AI or human), and billing across Medicare, Health Funds, DVA, WorkCover, Eclipse, and assistant fees.
  • Theatre Coordination - Theatre list prep, radiology bookings, prosthesis ordering, and financial prepayment organisation - so you don’t chase paperwork.
  • Clinical Support - Nursing assistance for dressings, consumables included, clinical waste/sharps disposal managed.
  • Software & Tools - Xestro, Eclipse, Medical Objects
  • Marketing & Referrals - Inclusion on our website and social media, GP education events, branded collateral, and photography coordination for surgical cases.
  • Practice Compliance - AHPRA Cosmetic Surgery Guidelines compliant, support with policies and checklists, monthly reporting.
  • Your schedule and days worked
  • Your consultation and procedure fees
  • Your clinical protocols and patient care approach
